How often do you go to Crab Island? Do you drive the boat?
We have daily Tiki Boat trips to Crab Island. Dolphin Tours and Crab Island trips daily. Our boats have a captain and there is an onboard bathroom. We drive and you have fun!!
Can I cancel the reservation?
Yes. You can cancel your reservation for 100% refund within 24 hours of scheduled rental.
What if there is bad weather?
You will receive 100% refund for non rentals due to weather per the Coastal Marine Warnings and regulations if rental doesn't leave dock
Can I have a private boat?
Yes we can accommodate private reservations with a captain. We offer3 and 6 hour tours to Crab Island and Dolphin Excursions. Our tiki boat and our pontoon are captained for you to have fun on Crab Island.
What are the standard boat hours?
Normal rental hours are from 8AM to 8:00PM. We offer a sunset tour in the evenings during the season.
What type of payment do you take?
All major credit cards are taken.
What is the security deposit?
A major credit card is required for the security deposit.
Do you offer food and drinks to go?
Yes. Our onsite flagship restaurant and tiki bar (TAILFINS) offers food and drinks to go.

What items should I bring on the boat?

Do you provide life jackets?
Yes. We are required by law to have one life jacket for every person on board our boats.
Children under 6 are required by law to wear life jackets at all times and we will provide the vest type jackets for them. We strongly recommend that all children and non-swimmers wear life jackets at all times.
Is there music on the boats?
All l boats are equipped with stereos and can also play music from your phone.
What time should I show up for my boat rental?
We recommend getting here 45 minutes prior to your boat reservation to get checked in and choose any other equipment needed, get coolers iced down etc.
What if I am inexperienced operating a pontoon boat?
Our boats are equipped with a licensed captain for the entire trip. We hold 17-48 passengers depending on the vessel. All our boats are equipped with an onboard bathroom.
Do you allow dogs on the boats?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs on the boats.
Do I pay for fuel?
No fuel is included with the tour.
